“Very cross. We paid a lot for. A full day tour, but waited 30 mins for a late couple. Then we waited another 15 minutes on the motorway for their taxi to catch us. Once we arrived we had a coffee and gift shop stop which was not needed. We were finished at 2 pm as we were told we had no more time. Then there was another coffee and gift time. We almost missed the ship and we did not have a full day as advertised. We also paid 40 euros entrsnce, a waste of time. Not a good experience and very expensive.
